AFFILIATION AND RECOGNITION

 

The college is affiliated to Gujarat Ayurveda University, Jamnagar for regular B.A.M.S. course. It has been duly recognized by Central Council for Indian System of Medicine (C.C.I.M.), New Delhi.

 

COURSE DESIGN

 

B.A.M.S. (Bachelor of Ayurveda Medicine & Surgery), a five and a half year Ayurveda degree course is being offered at this Institute. The subject material will be taught as per C.C.I.M.'s recommendations

 

FEES:

 

 2,05,000/- per annum (Two Lakh Five thousand only) for the year 2009-10 subject to final fixation by Justice R. J. Shah Committee. Three professions- each of 18 months duration followed by rotatory internship of one year duration

MEDIUM OF INSTRUCTION AND STUDY

 

Medium of instruction and study is English. Use of Sanskrit and Gujarati as complimentary languages is permitted.

 

ADMISSION PROCEDURE

 

Candidates wishing admission to B.A.M.S. course must have passed H.S.C.E. (Science Stream) examination of Gujarat state at first attempt with 'B' group. Further details can be had from the College office.
